With the intense heat and the ability to irrigate as often as needed, my garden has thrived this summer. So far we've been enjoying lettuce, spinach, baby potatoes, peas, green pepper and beets.

My corn didn't come up this year. I think it crusted over and didn't get irrigated soon enough. The farmers' corn fields are growing like weeds though. You can almost notice it growing taller each day.

Still waiting for the tomatoes here. Would like to put some raspberry plants in because they are so good fresh.
