It's been great to see you posting more lately! Sounds like you're keeping yourself pretty busy. I've been tryig to do some cooking for the freezer lately, too. It is always nice to have something you can just pull out and not have to worry about preparing. I was wondering how cheesecake freezes the other day. It works okay for you?
