Another busy day here. Regular chores, treated a couple calves and then Erin and I Ivomeced a pen of Dad's heifers. Just 150 left to Ivomec and then we'll be done...at least for awhile.

Was able to get some cooking/baking done. Made pizza for supper, cooked up meat, onion, and garlic to freeze and made the Double Italian Cheesecake(I think that is the name :)) to freeze before Dad and Mom get back.

Seems I get a couple things marked off my list(some times mental or written) and then it fills up with other things that need to get done. I find since I make lists that I almost need them now to remember everything I need to get done. :P

It's been great to see you posting more lately! Sounds like you're keeping yourself pretty busy.
I've been tryig to do some cooking for the freezer lately, too. It is always nice to have something you can just pull out and not have to worry about preparing. I was wondering how cheesecake freezes the other day. It works okay for you?

Yeah, lists help the ol' memory. I hate going to town and then getting halfway back and remembering that I wanted to do a couple other things. :P :D

It has been fun to be around LJ a little more. I always have more I want to post about but then it becomes old news because I don't get around to it. I don't know if people want to hear about what happen 1, 2, 3 + months ago. LOL!
We had to treat calves today (not Ivomec but the medicines we give when they first come in) and we are almost caught up in that area.
Thought about giving you a call when Dad and Mom were gone but either I was too tired or it would have been too late there. The disadvantage of living in a time zone that is a couple hours behind of my friends.
Cheesecake freezes great! Dad and Mom actually like it better frozen! It is so nice to feel somewhat prepared. :)
How is Mark's mom?
